The Great Wall, one of the eight greatest wonders of the world, is the one of the most famous attractions home and abroad. Simatai Great Wall
- The Badaling Great Wall, located at Yanqing County, over 70 kilometers northwest of the Beijing city center. It is the best-preserved section of the Great Wall and famous for its deep-rooted culture, magnificent sights and complete military facilities - the essence of the Great Wall. Badaling Great Wall is the important point Juyongguan outpost with 1015 meters altitude. Due to its difficult terrain, it has always been a battleground. Climbed the Great Wall here, you can overlook the magnificent view of mountains. So far, including President Nixon, Margaret Thatcher more than 300 celebrities had come here.
Mutianyu Great Wall
- Mutianyu Great Wall, set in Huairou County, is the main section of the Ming reconstruction of the Great Wall. In ancient times, it was used as a strategic point of defense. Mutianyu Great Wall has a unique style of building. Mutianyu tourism region of the Great Wall are mostly covered with luxuriant vegetation in the long range of mountains which gives it a great view.
Simatai Great Wall
- Simatai Great Wall, located in Beijing's Miyun County in the northern part of Gubeikou Town is 120 kilometers away from Beijing City. The total length is about 5.4 km, 35 watch towers. It is called the essence of the Great Wall due to the unusual design, novel structure, and various shapes during entire paragraph Great Wall. Simatai Great Wall in 1987 has been inscribed on the World Heritage List. It is the only one retained original Ming Dynasty ruins of ancient buildings.
